"Definitely a great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants all around and close to many points of interest including Notre Dane, The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Train station very close by and supermarket next door. Situated on a busy street but we were on the very top floor (with lift in building and 2 short lots of stairs to get from ground floor to lift. The foldout sofa bed in the living room was of good quality, comfortable and very easy to pack up and remake each day."

"For so many bedrooms it was a pity there was only one bathroom, although the toilet was separate so that was helpful."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The location is just perfect. It was warm, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped."

"La posizione ottima, le finestre grandi, gli spazi grandi, la macchina per il caffè Nespresso nuova. C’è un supermercato proprio sotto casa molto comodo."

"Le zone comuni del condominio (scale, ascensore, corridoi) erano molto sporche. La casa ha poche stoviglie e attrezzi per cucinare. Considerando che può ospitare fino a 8 adulti c’erano solo due pentole piccole e una padella. La casa non è dotata di aria condizionata il che la rende molto calda quando ci sono alte temperature. La lavastoviglie funzionava male quindi più volte abbiamo dovuto lavare le stoviglie a mano."

"The location of the apartment was perfect for walking to most of the sights we wanted to visit. You can see Notre Dame from the front windows The metro and taxis were convenient for other sites. It is on a busy street but is on the 6th floor via choice of 2 elevators and with windows closed the street noise is not a problem at night. The washing machine was very useful since when we arrived, we were on day 10 of our vacation in Europe. There are coffee shops and a supermarket next door to the apartment building. Many restaurants are located nearby. Having a lock box to store our keys when we were out made it very convenient for the 2 couples staying there. There were adequate linens, toilet paper, and bathroom products."

"There are no screens on the windows so if you open them to enjoy the fresh air, there are flies or bugs that may come in. We did not find a fly swatter. We were there in late May so the temperatures were cooler at night and we did not need to open the windows at night. And there are 2 fans in the apartment to move the air at night. There is no air conditioning so summer temperatures may be a problem for some people."

"Location is great, supermarket is just next to the entrance to the appointment, many restaurants around."

"The elevator starts from the second floor, so you need to carry your luggage from 1 floor to the 2nd one. Very slow elevator."
